First impressions count!  This is especially true in the hospitality industry.  Fantastic Property Management takes the time to welcome guests properly by giving them a thorough and comprehensive tour of the property.  Once the guests are settled in and relaxed, then it is time to collect the security deposit (if applicable) and give the guests the keys.

Guest Check-Out
Our highly competent, professional, and fully vetted staff are also available for check out; if required.  They can return the security deposit, successfully collect the keys, and make sure that everything is working fine on site.

Cleaning and Guest Changeovers
We realise how important it is that the cleanliness of a holiday property is comparable to that of a hotel. We’re so serious about providing a meticulous cleaning service for all of the holiday lets that we manage that we actually have our own cleaning company that we use for all of our cleaning work

It is inevitable that any holiday property will require repair work or proper maintenance. Our holiday let management service provides reliable repair or maintenance work with minimal disruption to guests and the property itself.

Fee Structure
We charge a fixed percentage of each booking. That covers all of our services, from marketing and bookings to check in, cleaning, laundry and property management. It’s completely performance related. We have a huge incentive to go out there and get you bookings, otherwise we don’t get paid! There are no monthly management fees.
